Since we are located in Italy and our customers book from anywhere in the world, at the time a customer books, we at Italy Made Easy need to receive in the confirmation email:

• both the time of the call with our Italian time zone
• both the time the student has chosen and the time zone selected by the student

This is essential for us because, often, our customers are not used to technology and they write us emails asking for a reminder of the time of the call for them.
